I led the complete overhaul of the Tłumaczenia Uwielbienia song translations directory, transforming it from a WordPress-based platform to a more robust and modern system using PayloadCMS, React, and Next.js. This upgrade significantly improved the website's performance, drastically reducing loading times and enhancing the overall user experience.

Key improvements included the introduction of new filters, tags, and an advanced search feature, allowing users to find translations more efficiently. I also implemented a recommendation system that suggests songs based on tags, further personalizing the user experience.

On the backend, I streamlined content management by leveraging the flexibility of PayloadCMS, making it easier and more intuitive for administrators to manage and update the site. Additionally, I integrated advanced analytics using MongoDB Atlas, enabling the site owners to track detailed user interactions, such as downloads and song previews, providing valuable insights into user behavior.
